We are hiring for a US-based global IT company in ICT consulting and Digital Infrastructure This role is a 5-day work from the office, and workk hours are 6 PM to 3 AM IST (US shift) Role Summary: This role is responsible for end-to-end project delivery management , ensuring execution aligns with SLAs, contractual commitments, and cost targets. The individual will manage resources, ensure high-quality delivery, and drive operational excellence while keeping the team engaged and clients satisfied. MUST HAVE : Good experience in Budgeting (Calculating Profit / Margin) Experience in Structured cabling project management (Connected Building or Construction cabling) Experience in the Waterfall methodology in project management.

Experience in managing KRA / KPI in Project management. Experience in Risk Management. Key Focus Areas: Delivery Ownership: Manage project execution, SLAs, budgets, and resource planning to ensure timely and quality delivery Team & Resource Management: Handle staffing, task allocation, performance reviews, and employee engagement to control attrition Operational Excellence: Drive process maturity, utilisation, and margin optimisation through best practices and governance Stakeholder & Governance Support: Collaborate with ADMs, finance, and quality teams for reporting, forecasting, and account governance Client Engagement: Support client communication, resolve escalations, and enhance customer satisfaction Success Metrics: Performance is measured through utilisation, CSAT, attrition, SLA compliance, delivery quality, and project cost/margin efficiency .
