Respect & Empathise Hunger to Learn Promises Delivered Keep it Simple Role Purpose We are seeking a results-driven Project Manager with 7–10 years of experience to lead the planning and execution of assembly line installations and process optimization projects.
The ideal candidate will act as the primary bridge between Design Engineering, the production floor, and external vendors. You will be responsible for ensuring that all new production lines meet safety, quality, and cycle-time requirements while maintaining strict adherence to budget and timelines. Should have understanding of civil, HVAC, clean-room, electrical and MEP concepts and execution What the role entails (Key Responsibilities) Project Lifecycle Management: Lead the end-to-end execution of new assembly line setups, including Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT) and Site Acceptance Testing (SAT).
CapEx Budgeting: Manage capital expenditure (CapEx) projects exceeding $1M, ensuring accurate forecasting and ROI justification for automation and tooling. Process Optimization: Identify production bottlenecks and lead Kaizen events to improve Tat time and Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE). Vendor Coordination: Manage relationships with machine builders, PLC programmers, and electrical contractors to ensure equipment meets facility specifications.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Coordinate with Supply Chain for parts kitting and Quality Engineering for P-FMEA (Process Failure Mode and Effects Analysis) and Control Plans. Safety & Compliance: Ensure all project designs adhere to OSHA/ISO standards, focusing on ergonomic assembly and Machine Guarding (LOTO) What we are looking for in you (Skills, Knowledge, Special Attributes, Mobility) 7–10 years of direct project management experience in a high-volume manufacturing environment. Start of Production (SOP): Projects delivered on or before the scheduled launch date.
Budget Variance: Maintain project spend within $\pm 5\%$ of the approved CapEx budget. Safety: Achieve zero reportable safety incidents during the project installation phase. Demonstrated ability to manage Engineering Change Notices (ECN) without disrupting live production schedules.
