Industry: we are civil engineering and infrastructure development company . we focuses on construction, earthwork, foundation preparation, road construction, and related logistics services, primarily operating under an EPC (Engineering, Procurement, and Construction) model Location: Khar, Mumbai Project: MMRDA Metro Line 2B (CA-278) – Elevated Stations Job Title: Project Manager Education: 1> B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering (Mandatory) 2> PMP / Construction Management certification (Preferred) Experience Required: 12–18 Years Minimum 5–7 years as Project Manager Must have handled: o Large infrastructure projects (₹100+ Cr) o Finishing / fit-out / façade works Experience in: Metro / Rail / Airport projects (Highly Preferred) SALARY: OPEN AT THE TIME OF DISCUSSION IN PERSONAL INTERVIEW Employment Type: Full-Time 1. ROLE OVERVIEW We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead execution of architectural finishing, interior fit-outs, façade works, and associated MEP coordination for elevated metro stations under MMRDA. The role requires end-to-end ownership of: Planning Design coordination Execution Client interface Commercial control This is a high-stakes infrastructure project role involving coordination with multiple stakeholders including consultants, system contractors, and government authorities. 2.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES A. Project Planning & Execution Lead overall project execution for multiple stations simultaneously Develop and manage: o Baseline programme o Rolling schedules o Resource deployment plans o Ensure adherence to: o Project timelines (15-month cycle) o Milestones and deliverables B. Design & Drawing Coordination Oversee: o Shop drawings o Working drawings o As-built drawings Coordinate between: o Architects o Structural teams o MEP/System contractors Ensure: o Timely approvals (NOCs) o Clash-free execution C.
Site Management Supervise: o Site engineers o Supervisors o Subcontractors Ensure: o Quality execution as per specifications o Compliance with approved materials and methods Monitor: o Daily progress o Productivity D. Client & Consultant Interface Act as primary point of contact for: o MMRDA o AICA Consortium (GC) Lead: o Progress review meetings o Coordination meetings Handle: o RFIs o Technical clarifications E. Commercial & Contract Management Track: o BOQ vs actual work o Cost overruns Identify: o Non-BOQ items o Variation opportunities Prepare: o Claims o Supporting documentation Ensure: o Monthly billing and cash flow F.
Quality Assurance & Compliance Implement: o QA/QC systems Ensure: o Material approvals o Mock-ups o Testing compliance Maintain: o Inspection records o Quality documentation G. Safety & Regulatory Compliance Ensure adherence to: o Safety standards (SHE requirements) o Labour laws Monitor: o Site safety practices o Incident reporting H. Risk & Issue Management Identify: o Execution risks o Design conflicts Resolve: o Site constraints o Coordination issues Escalate critical issues proactively 3.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS Education : o B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering (Mandatory) o PMP / Construction Management certification (Preferred) 4. EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS 12–18 years of total experience Minimum 5–7 years as Project Manager Must have handled: o Large infrastructure projects (₹100+ Cr) o Finishing / fit-out / façade works Experience in: o Metro / Rail / Airport projects (Highly Preferred) 5. TECHNICAL SKILLS Strong understanding of: o Architectural finishing works o BOQ-based contracts o Design-build projects Familiarity with: o CPWD specifications o IS codes Software: o MS Project / Primavera o AutoCAD o Excel (advanced) 6.
