Danny's Detail provides one of a kind service to over 70 car dealerships all over California and we are growing! We have over 700 hardworking employees detailing and re manufacturing new & used cars. We are looking for someone like a super-car. Driven, detailed, can handle the crazy road with strength and a high-performance threshold.

What We Are Looking For: A HUSTLER

• Experience with ADP Workforce now
• Recruiting and management of new hires, re-hires within ADP
• Run background reports
• Review and interview candidates for employment
• Microsoft Office Suite required
• Excellent time management and organizational skills and the ability to prioritize work
• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, bilingual in Spanish & English is required
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment under pressure with time critical deadlines
• Willing to submit to a pre-employment background check
• "People Person" willing to work as a team & learn

Responsibilities May Include:

• Review missed clock in's and lunch violations daily
• Respond to managers & employees with payroll related questions via phone or email
• Process final timecards and related payroll liabilities
• Communicate and assist in securing on-boarding HR packets
• Handle sensitive information in a confidential manner
• The ability to pay close attention to detail and document HR transactions
• Staying up-to-date with industry knowledge to ensure compliance with state/ federal wage and hour laws
• Produce and distribute correspondence memos, letters, and forms
• Carry out duties such as: filing, typing, copying, binding, scanning etc.
• Maintain computer and manual filing systems
• Other projects as requested
