- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience required
- 2+ years end-to-end recruiting experience working closely with all levels of a business and senior stakeholders
- Ability to build great relationships with candidates, consultants and recruiting colleagues at all levels within the organization
- Ability to lead creative direct sourcing strategies
- Strong analytical ability, including high degree of comfort with Excel & PowerPoint
- Proactive problem solver capable of identifying issues and generating solutions; desire and energy to continuously improve recruiting processes
- Flexibility to deal with last-minute changes; ability to remain calm under pressure and comfortable working with minimal direction
- Excellent organizational capabilities, including the ability to initiate tasks independently and see them through to completion.
- Exceptional time management to meet your responsibilities in a complex and largely autonomous work environment.
- Ability to work in-person and travel as needed (team schedules and office locations may vary)
- Ability to operate office equipment and handle transportation of materials or objects, when required
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, in English, with the ability to adjust your style to suit different perspectives and seniority levels

is $78,400 - $122,800 USD -to help you understand what you can expect. This reflects our best estimate of the lowest to highest
[salary/hourly wages] for this role at the time of this posting, ensuring you have a clear picture right from the start, though it's important
to remember that actual salaries may vary. Factors like your office location, your unique blend of experience and skills, start date and our current
organizational needs all play a part in determining the final figure. Certain roles are also eligible for bonuses, subject to McKinsey's discretion
and based on factors such as individual and/or organizational performance.
