About the job:
The Recruiter is responsible for managing the full-cycle recruiting process, from sourcing through onboarding, to support staffing needs across all levels. This role partners closely with clients, hiring managers, and business leaders to deliver timely and effective hiring solutions.
We're looking for someone who:
- Has a strong understanding of full-cycle recruiting and can quickly learn how to recruit for a wide variety of roles
- Brings a strong sense of urgency, accountability, and passion for recruiting
- Demonstrates excellent interpersonal, communication, and relationship-building skills
- Acts as a connected brand ambassador for the organization
- Is comfortable working onsite and meeting face-to-face with clients when required
- Is highly collaborative and works well as part of a team
- Uses social media effectively, both personally and professionally, to market job openings
- Is proficient with Microsoft Office, Google Apps, and online research and data-mining tools
- Develop and execute strategic initiatives to attract and recruit top talent
- Partner with company leaders and clients to forecast hiring needs and plan staffing strategies
- Manage the full recruiting lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, interview preparation, and onboarding
- Build strong relationships with hiring managers, business leaders, HR partners, and clients
- Leverage personal networks, social media, and online platforms to market open roles and source candidates
- Identify and implement new sourcing strategies, including university partnerships, job portals, and networking events
- Support campus recruiting efforts, including college fairs, office hours, and university job postings
- Work closely with clients to continuously improve the effectiveness of the recruiting process
- Track, analyze, and report key recruiting metrics to measure and predict staffing activity
- Maintain regular follow-up with clients and candidates to ensure a smooth and timely recruitment process
