- Trusted by brands like Amazon, Dream11, MPL, Sharechat, Treebo, Mobikwik, and 1000+ publishers across 20+ countries.
This is a 3-month contract role with the opportunity to partner closely with hiring managers.
What You’ll Own
Talent Hunting & Pipeline Building
- Source, engage, and pitch top talent across engineering, product, design, marketing, and sales roles.
- Build active and passive pipelines using platforms like LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, AngelList, GitHub, and communities.
Candidate Influence & Storytelling
- Pitch GreedyGame’s vision, culture, and growth narrative convincingly.
- Influence passive talent and convert interest through strong communication and rapport-building.
End-to-End Recruitment
- Own the hiring lifecycle: sourcing → screening → scheduling → feedback alignment → offer closure.
- Maintain fast TATs and smooth coordination with hiring managers.
Market Intelligence & Strategy
- Map competitor talent, compensation data, skill availability, and hiring trends.
- Suggest improvements in sourcing strategies and funnel performance.
Stakeholder Management
- Partner tightly with HRBP and business leaders to understand role expectations.
- Ensure consistent updates, transparent communication, and structured hiring processes.
What We’re Looking For
Experience & Skills
- 2 + years of tech/non-tech recruitment experience (agency + in-house mix is a plus).
- Expertise in headhunting, passive talent conversion, and consultative selling.
- Strong storytelling ability — able to “sell the role” with clarity and conviction.
- Proven record of closing niche or high-volume roles in fast-paced product/startup environments.
Mindset
- Outcome-driven, resilient, and comfortable with ambiguity.
- Sharp communicator with a natural sales persona.
- High ownership, speed, and bias for execution.
