Qualifications To be considered for this role, you must be a Registered Nurse with a valid NMC PIN. You should have experience in a similar care setting, and a strong commitment to delivering high‑quality, person‑centered care. The successful candidate will also demonstrate excellent communication and teamwork skills, and a desire to continuously learn and develop their nursing practice.
