Requirements:
- Education: Associate's Degree in Nursing (ASN) or Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN)
- Licensure: Current RN license in Idaho (or compact state)
- Certifications: Current Basic Life Support (BLS); additional certifications encouraged (eligible for reimbursement and pay incentives)
- Experience: Minimum of 1 year RN experience (Emergency Department preferred)
- Strong clinical skills for treating patients across the lifespan (newborn to elderly)
- Excellent critical thinking, communication, and teamwork skills
- Schedule: Full-Time Nights (7p-7a) with differential pay
- Incentives: Sign-on bonus and relocation assistance available
