Accountabilities Identify program/project scope and high‑level business objectives. Proactively build strong, trusted working relationships with internal partners to drive alignment and decision‑making. Effectively manage, motivate, and hold accountable team members in a matrixed organization.

Act as a liaison and connector between departments. Perform all project management functions to expertly deliver complex programs and projects. Requirements Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience. 5-10+ years' relevant work experience in financial services.

Strong understanding of the financial services industry, specifically in wealth management. Foundational project management skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office applications. Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
