Hiring | Assistant Manager – Retention Marketing
Location: Bangalore (Head Office)
Experience: 3–5 Years
CTC: Up to ₹10 LPA (Max ₹11 LPA)
Preferred Industry: Apparel / Retail
We are looking for a dynamic Assistant Manager – Retention Marketing to drive customer lifecycle campaigns and build impactful CRM journeys across multiple channels.
Key Responsibilities
Lifecycle Campaign Management
• Design, execute & optimize multi-touch CRM journeys across Email, Push, SMS, WhatsApp, RCS & In-app
• Launch automated & trigger-based campaigns (Onboarding, Activation, Cross-sell, Winback, Retention)
• Collect and analyze campaign data from multiple sources
Personalization & Segmentation
• Drive personalization to improve open rates, CTR, conversions & repeat purchases
• Continuously A/B test copy, creatives, CTAs, subject lines & timing
Data & Optimization
• Monitor KPIs – Open Rate, CTR, Conversions, Churn Rate, Repeat Purchase, Uninstalls
• Collaborate with BI to build dashboards & analyze performance
• Track cohorts & implement churn reduction strategies
Tooling & Automation
• Manage CRM platforms like MoEngage, CleverTap, WebEngage or similar
• Build automated workflows, templates & dynamic content modules
• Ensure clean data integration across CRM, product & analytics tools
Cross-Functional Collaboration
• Work closely with Product, Performance, Brand & CX teams
• Partner with creative teams for high-performing assets
• Align regional communication strategies with local market teams
✅ Requirements
• 3–5 years of hands-on experience in CRM / Retention / Lifecycle Marketing
• Strong understanding of customer journey mapping
• Experience with CRM tools (MoEngage, CleverTap, WebEngage, etc.)
• Data-driven mindset with expertise in A/B testing & reporting
• Strong segmentation & multichannel campaign management skills
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing / Business / Communications
⭐ Preferred
• Ecommerce experience
• Exposure to global/multi-region campaigns
• Strong project management & creative optimization skills
• Passion for building personalized journeys that drive measurable growth
