Provide high-quality, patient-centered care to critically ill patients in the NSICU. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive treatment plans. Monitor and assess patients' neurological status and implement necessary interventions.

Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care and treatment plans. Analyze and respond to changes in patients' conditions with immediate and appropriate interventions.
