Job Title: Retail Toy Sales Manager

Job Summary:

The Retail Toy Sales Manager is responsible for driving sales across retail stores, managing key retail accounts, ensuring strong in-store execution, and leading the field sales team. The role focuses on maximizing product visibility, increasing store coverage, and achieving sales targets in the toy category.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Achieve monthly and annual retail sales targets
  • Manage relationships with toy stores, mall outlets, and large retail chains
  • Ensure proper product display, shelf space, and visual merchandising
  • Plan and execute in-store promotions, demos, and festive campaigns
  • Monitor stock levels and coordinate timely replenishment
  • Lead and supervise sales executives, promoters, and merchandisers
  • Expand retail network by onboarding new stores and partners
  • Track competitor activities and market trends
  • Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and performance analysis
  • Negotiate pricing, promotions, and display agreements with retailers

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Graduate in Business/Marketing or related field
  • 8+ years of experience in retail sales (toys, kids products)
  • Experience handling modern trade and general trade channels
  • Strong understanding of retail operations and store-level execution

Work Conditions:
