Sales Marketing Manager

We’re Hiring | Sales & Marketing Manager (Full-Time)

HōmAnAn is looking for a Sales & Marketing Manager to drive growth, visibility, and meaningful brand partnerships for our experiential showhouse and multi-brand platform.

This role is for someone who understands that sales today are built on story, trust, and experience and knows how to convert all three into results.

Role & Responsibilities

• Lead integrated sales & marketing strategy

• Drive walk-ins, appointments, and brand conversions

• Own social media and digital marketing direction

• Coordinate with PR agency for media visibility

• Liaise with digital, creative, and other external agencies

• Work closely with vendors and partner brands for revenue and brand building

• Track leads, conversions, collaborations, and campaign outcomes

• Work closely with founders on growth strategy and partnerships

What We’re Looking For

• 5–7 years of experience in sales & marketing

• Strong proficiency in social media & digital marketing

• Proven experience managing PR agencies and external partners

• Strong communication, negotiation, and coordination skills

• Strategic thinker with a creative mindset

• Experience in luxury, lifestyle, design, retail, or hospitality is a strong plus
