Job Description

A company is looking for a Senior Account Executive to drive new business revenue by developing and closing sales opportunities with local government agencies.Key Responsibilities:Develop and maintain relationships with existing local government customers to drive engagement and product adoptionIdentify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional products and services to meet customer needsConduct regular account reviews, analyze usage data, and provide strategic recommendations to optimize customer valueQualifications & Skills:Prior experience selling permitting software or related municipal government technology solutions is strongly preferred3+ years of experience in account management, customer success, or sales, preferably in GovTechProven track record of driving revenue growth through new business/logos and experience successfully upselling and cross-sellingStrong understanding of local government operations and procurement processes is a plusProficiency in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and data analytics platforms
