The Opportunity:
We are looking for a Senior Copywriter to take full ownership of our brand’s voice. We don't need metaphors; we need clarity. We are looking for a writer who can explain complex ideas simply and sell our vision effectively. You will be the primary writer for the marketing team, bridging the gap between brand storytelling and performance marketing. We need someone who writes to get results, not just to fill space.
Your Focus:
You will work across the entire marketing funnel. This is a hands-on role where you will be writing, editing, and refining copy every single day.
● Brand Voice: Ensuring we sound like us across every channel.
● Conversion: Writing copy that drives clicks, sign-ups, and sales.
● Versatility: Moving seamlessly between pithy social captions and detailed long-form content.
Core Responsibilities:
1. Writing & Execution
● Web & Landing Pages: You will write high-converting copy for our website, ensuring value propositions are clear and compelling.
● Campaigns & Ads: You will craft headlines and body copy for paid ads (Meta, Google) that grab attention immediately.
● Email & CRM: You will write nurture sequences and newsletters that people actually want to read, focusing on high open rates and engagement.
● Scripts: You will write video scripts for product launches and brand storytelling.
2. Strategy & Standards
● Messaging Strategy: You won't just take orders; you will help define what we are saying. You will work with leadership to sharpen our core messaging and positioning.
● Editing & QA: You are the final line of defense against typos, jargon, and "corporate speak." You ensure everything we publish is polished and human.
Who We Are Looking For:
● A Portfolio of Results: We want to see examples of copy that drove action, whether that’s a successful ad campaign, a landing page that converted well, or a newsletter with high engagement.
● Adaptability: You can write a punchy 140-character tweet one hour and a thoughtful 800-word blog post the next.
● Commercial Awareness: You understand that copy is a business tool. You care about metrics like click-through rates (CTR) and conversion.
● Integrity Over Ego: You are open to feedback and testing. If a "boring" headline outperforms a "clever" one in an A/B test, you go with the winner.
The "Plus" (Bonus Experience):
● Travel Industry: Experience in travel, hospitality, or lifestyle brands is a major plus. You understand the nuances of selling destinations and experiences.
● SEO Knowledge: You know how to incorporate keywords naturally without compromising readability.
The Stack:
● Core: Google Docs, CMS (WordPress/Webflow), Slack.
● Tools: SEO tools (SEMrush/Ahrefs) and project management (Notion/Asana).
