Accountabilities Enhance developer productivity with AI by streamlining workflows and automating tasks. Optimize CI/CD pipelines to improve software delivery efficiency and reduce build times. Build and maintain scalable internal developer platforms and tooling.
Drive infrastructure reliability and implement monitoring practices. Collaborate with domain engineering teams to identify productivity bottlenecks. Uphold engineering quality standards through clean coding and thorough reviews.
Requirements Familiarity with large-scale distributed systems and design patterns. Mastery of server technologies to ensure high availability and service quality. Proficiency in backend programming languages, including Python, Java, or Node.js. 8+ years of professional software engineering experience, especially in CI/CD.
