Senior Graphic Designer & Photo Retoucher

Are you a detail-driven designer with a passion for visual storytelling and high-end photo retouching?

Are you ready to take ownership of creative projects and deliver standout design across digital, print, and social?

We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Graphic Designer / Retoucher to join a collaborative in-house creative team on a full-time basis. This role blends strong conceptual design with expert-level photo retouching, supporting a range of brand and marketing campaigns across digital, social, and print channels.

Support or lead in-house photography shoots when needed

Optimise assets for use across websites, social platforms, and digital advertising
Participate in concept development and creative brainstorms
Stay current with design and retouching techniques, including AI tools and software
Work flexibly and assist with broader team tasks when required

What you bring:

5+ years’ experience in graphic design and photo retouching
A strong, diverse portfolio showcasing design, branding, and retouching skills
Advanced knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects)
Sharp attention to detail, a strong eye for layout and composition
Good understanding of photography lighting and studio processes
Ability to manage multiple projects under tight timelines
Experience in fashion, lifestyle, or retail is a plus
A collaborative attitude and willingness to work hands-on with a small team
