We are seeking a Senior Interior Designer with a strong design sensibility and on-ground execution expertise to lead high-end residential and selective commercial projects.

As a Senior Interior Designer, you will take complete ownership of luxury projects—from concept ideation to flawless site execution—while maintaining the studio’s design language and quality benchmarks.

• Lead luxury interior projects from concept design to handover
• Create refined design narratives, mood boards, and material palettes
• Develop and review high-precision drawings (layouts, details, BOQs)
• Translate design intent into site-ready execution details
• Coordinate with premium vendors, craftsmen, and consultants
• Conduct regular site visits to ensure finish quality and detailing accuracy
• Manage timelines, budgets, and quality control for high-value projects
• Guide and mentor junior designers to uphold studio standards

• 6–10 years of experience in luxury residential / boutique commercial interiors
• Strong expertise in AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3Ds Max, V-Ray/Corona, Photoshop
• Deep understanding of luxury materials, finishes, lighting, and custom detailing
• Proven experience handling site execution independently
• Excellent client handling and presentation skills
• Sharp eye for minimal aesthetics, proportions, and detailing
