Role Description

We are seeking a full-time Site Civil Engineer to oversee and manage on-site civil engineering tasks in Surat. The role includes tasks such as planning, designing civil structures, overseeing stormwater management systems, and ensuring the implementation of high-quality civil engineering principles. The Site Civil Engineer is also responsible for coordinating with teams, ensuring project timelines are met, and maintaining safety and quality standards during construction activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute civil works as per approved drawings, safety norms, and quality standards.

• Plan day-to-day activities and supervise contractors, manpower, and machinery.

• Prepare DPRs (Daily Progress Reports) and monitor site progress.

• Conduct quality checks for concrete, reinforcement, shuttering, and finishing works.

• Coordinate with billing, planning, and procurement teams for smooth project execution.

• Verify measurements and support RA billing documentation.

• Address site issues proactively and ensure timely achievement of project targets.

• Willing to relocate to project locations based on company requirements.

Requirements

• Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering.

• 4–5 years of experience in execution of industrial, plant, or infrastructure projects.

• Strong knowledge of civil works, drawings, site management, and finishing standards.

• Ability to manage manpower and multiple contractors effectively.

• Basic proficiency in MS Excel and AutoCAD.

Preferred

• Experience in cement plant or industrial building projects.

• Understanding of safety standards and quality documentation.
