Manager / Senior Manager, Strategic Finance

Compensation: $120,000 – $150,000 + Bonus
Location: Fully Remote (occasional travel to company HQ)

About the Role

We’re partnering with a high-growth organization seeking a Manager or Senior Manager of Strategic Finance—a role at the intersection of finance, strategy, and operations. This person will own the financial lens on the company’s most critical initiatives and serve as a key thought partner to senior leadership.

In this role, you will:

• Partner directly with executive and functional leaders across the organization
• Frame ambiguous business questions and provide clear recommendations and tradeoffs
• Build dynamic financial models and scenario analyses (growth, pricing, margin, capital allocation, etc.)
• Support strategic investments and ROI-driven decision-making
• Help evolve planning, forecasting, and decision-support processes
• Develop executive- and board-level materials that tell a compelling, data-backed story

Who This Role is Great For

• Strategic Finance (corporate), Investment Banking, Private Equity, or Management Consulting

• Experience in healthcare, life sciences, or tech-enabled services is a plus—but not required

Location & Compensation

• Fully Remote, with occasional travel to Orlando HQ
• Growth trajectory to Senior Manager, if coming in at the Manager level
