Oversee daily operations of the nursing staff Implement and evaluate policies that enhance patient care and ensure safety Coordinate with other healthcare professionals to maintain high standards of interdisciplinary care Manage staff scheduling, hiring, training, and performance evaluations Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards Promote a collaborative atmosphere that supports the mission and values of Good Samaritan Health Center Strong leadership and organizational skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Proficient in healthcare management systems and patient care software Ability to handle high-stress situations calmly and effectively Knowledge of healthcare regulations and accreditation standards Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Active Registered Nurse (RN) license Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification in Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) preferred
