Textile Design Intern

Job Description

We are a rapidly growing sustainable clothing brand creating linen garments and embroidered accessories for children and women. Each piece is thoughtfully handmade in our cozy Jaipur studio using Oeko-Tex certified linen, with a deep commitment to craftsmanship, quality, and slow fashion values.

Internship Details

• Stipend: ₹5,000 per month (Paid Internship)
• Start Date: March/April 2026
• Job Type: On-site (Jaipur Studio)

Textile Designer Intern – Your Responsibilities

• Assist in developing textile concepts for seasonal collections
• Create embroidery designs, surface patterns, and placement layouts
• Research fabrics, textures, and sustainable material options
• Develop color stories and textile mood boards
• Support fabric testing and sampling processes
• Work closely with the production team to ensure design feasibility
• Prepare design files for embroidery and production
• Document textile developments and maintain organized records

Who You Are

• Currently studying or recently graduated in Textile Design
• Passionate about sustainable and slow fashion
• Strong understanding of fabrics, surface design, and embroidery techniques
• Skilled in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop (preferred)
• Detail-oriented, creative, and eager to learn
• Appreciates craftsmanship and handmade textile processes
