Job Responsibilities :

●     Lead the design of end-to-end user experiences across web and mobile platforms using Figma, from concept to final handoff.

●     Translate product requirements, user needs, and business goals into intuitive user flows, wireframes, high-fidelity UI, and interactive prototypes.

●     Apply strong expertise in interaction design, typography, layout systems, color theory, and accessibility to create consistent and scalable interfaces.

●     Own and evolve design systems, ensuring visual consistency, component reusability, and efficient collaboration with engineering teams.

●     Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and cross-functional stakeholders to define problems, explore solutions, and deliver user-centered outcomes.

●     Conduct and incorporate user research insights, usability testing, and feedback loops to continuously improve product experience and usability.

●     Manage multiple initiatives simultaneously, prioritize effectively, and take complete ownership of design deliverables within defined timelines.

●     Expert in user-centered design thinking across the product lifecycle and contribute to product strategy and experience vision.

Desired Experience:

●     Bachelor’s degree in Design (UI/UX, Graphic Design, Visual Communication) or equivalent practical experience with 5+ years in UI/UX design.

●     Strong proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite, with a deep understanding of user-centered design, visual hierarchy, typography, and layout principles.

●     Exceptional attention to detail with a sharp eye for alignment, consistency, and scalable design systems.

●     Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines with full ownership of deliverables.

●     Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams including product, engineering, and stakeholders to solve complex UX problems.

●     Hands-on experience with AI-powered design tools (e.g., image/video generation tools like Midjourney) to accelerate creative exploration and prototyping.

●     Creative problem-solver with a strategic mindset, capable of translating business goals into intuitive and engaging user experiences.
