Passionate about user experience and design (UI/UX)? Then get on board with this exciting UI/UX Internship where you’ll get to work on real projects with real clients. In this 12-week UI/UX Internship, you’ll get to use your strategic thinking skills to create user-centered design for web and app development projects.
Reporting to the Senior UI/UX Designer and Account Manager, you will support a range of new and live projects in areas such as prototyping, UI/UX research, graphic design, wireframing and interface design using Adobe XD and Figma. To be successful in this Internship placement, you will need to have a background in digital communications, graphic design, user experience, or front-end design.
UI/UX Internship Responsibilities and Key Duties:- Conducting user/site research to inform wireframing and design options
- Auditing content and mocking up content in UI/UX prototypes using Figma
- Creating sitemaps, wireframes and information design documents for clients to review
- Using Adobe XD and Figma to create design prototypes
- Presenting visual designs to the Senior UI/UX Manager for their input and approval
- How to solve complex design and business problems as part of a friendly, collaborative team
- Creating apps and web interfaces using Adobe XD and Figma
- How to conduct user-centric research and prototype designs for mobile and web applications
- Conducting user acceptance testing on design prototypes
- Developing confidence to engage with real-world clients on UI/UX projects
