Ui/ux Designer - Intern

Who We Are:

Vobble is a next-gen interactive audio platform for kids — where they don’t just listen to their favorite characters, but play audio games, create stories, and chat with them through a smart pocket-sized player. As Vobble now expands into the U.S., we're reimagining how kids engage with audio storytelling and voice-led play.

Role Description:

We are looking for a UI-focused UI/UX Intern with a strong eye for visual design, typography, spacing, and layout. This role primarily focuses on designing clean and polished user interfaces, while also participating in UX discussions and supporting research-driven design decisions.

You will collaborate closely with Designers, Engineers, and the Product Manager to design interfaces for mobile and tablet products. This is a full-time on-site paid internship.

Responsibilities:

- Design UI screens, components, and layouts for mobile and tablet applications.

- Apply design systems, typography, spacing, and color styles consistently.

- Convert UX wireframes into high-fidelity UI designs.

- Participate in UX tasks such as flows, wireframes, and usability feedback.

- Prepare designs for developer handoff, including specifications and assets.

- Iterate designs based on feedback from the team and usability insights.

Requirements:

1. Student or recent graduate in Design, Visual Communication, HCI or a related field.

2. Interest in designing for kids or family-focused products

3. Strong interest in UI and visual design.

4. Comfortable using Figma, including components, styles, and auto-layout.

5. Basic understanding of UX principles such as usability, hierarchy, and consistency.

6. Strong attention to detail and openness to feedback.

Nice to Have:

- Familiarity with iOS and Android design guidelines.

- Illustration, icon design, or basic motion design skills.
