My client is seeking a talented UI/UXDesigner to join their team and take ownership of the end-to-end design process for a scalable, web-based product. This is a hands-on role that combines user research, interaction design, and visual design. You'll work closely with product managers and developers to bring concepts to life and ensure every user journey is frictionless, accessible, and visually polished. KeyResponsibilities: Leadthedesignofuserinterfacesfornewfeaturesandproductenhancements. Conductuserresearch,usabilitytesting,andinterviewstodeeplyunderstanduserneeds. Createwireframes,prototypes,userflows,andhigh-fidelitymockupsusingindustry-standardtools (e.g.,Figma,AdobeXD). Collaboratewithcross-functionalteamstotranslateproductrequirementsintointuitiveinterfaces. Iteratedesignsbasedonfeedbackfromusers,stakeholders,andusabilitytesting. Championdesignbestpractices,accessibility,andconsistencyacrosstheproduct. Requirements: 3+yearsexperienceinaUI/UXdesignrole,ideallyworkingonweb-basedapplications. Astrongportfoliodemonstratingyourprocess,designthinking,andfinalUIwork. ProficiencyintoolssuchasFigma,Sketch,AdobeXD,orsimilar. Deepunderstandingofresponsivedesignandaccessibilityprinciples (WCAGstandards). Abilitytoworkindependentlyandcommunicateclearlywithdevelopersandnon-designstakeholders. Experienceconductinguserresearchandturninginsightsintoactionabledesignsolutions. Desirable (butnotessential): ExperienceworkinginAgile/Scrumenvironments. Familiaritywithfront-endtechnologies (HTML/CSS/JavaScript)tobettercollaboratewithdevelopers. MotiondesignoranimationskillsforinteractiveUIelements.
