This is a 100% remote position where you will meet with clients virtually to review benefit programs and help families enroll in coverage that protects their financial future. You will represent Globe Life, a trusted provider of supplemental insurance benefits serving 18 million policyholders across North America.

Job Details Position: Virtual Benefits Representative Location: Remote / Work From Home Schedule: Full-Time | Evening Availability Preferred Industry: Insurance / Financial Services / Customer Service Key Responsibilities Meet with clients virtually via Zoom or phone Explain and review benefit coverage options Help families enroll in life and supplemental benefits Provide professional customer service and support Follow a structured presentation system with training provided Document client interactions using CRM software Maintain strong communication and follow-up with clients No cold calling. This role works with pre-qualified clients and scheduled appointments. Required Qualifications Minimum 1 year of customer service, sales, or client support experience Strong communication and interpersonal skills Comfortable using Zoom, phone, and basic computer systems Ability to work independently in a remote environment Reliable internet connection and workspace Must be 18 and eligible to work in the United States Ability to pass a background check
