Key Responsibilities

• Lead the preparation and analysis of monthly financial statements and operational reports
• Develop, implement, and enforce policies to safeguard company assets
• Drive cost accounting accuracy, including raw materials, labor, and overhead standards
• Oversee inventory planning and annual physical inventory processes
• Manage and forecast company cash flow
• Supervise, mentor, and develop accounting staff

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance required
• 5–7+ years of progressive experience, including 3–5 years in manufacturing
• Strong understanding of cost accounting and manufacturing operations
