Salary
INR 30,000 – 60,000 per month (depending on experience, capability, and performance)
The Role
This is a hands-on, high-responsibility role covering HR coordination, admin, company secretarial work, and operational support.
You will act as a central coordination point, ensuring communication flows properly, admin tasks are handled efficiently, and nothing is missed.
This role supports operational efficiency across the firm but does not replace team ownership of technical work or deadlines.
Core Responsibilities HR & Recruitment Coordination
- Posting job advertisements and sourcing candidates
- Shortlisting and initial screening
- Contacting candidates and coordinating interviews
- Collecting documents and references
- Preparing, issuing, and ensuring contracts are signed
Billing & Collections
- Raising company invoices
- Tracking unpaid invoices
- Following structured processes to chase outstanding payments
Admin & Office Support
- Handling internal admin tasks
- Supporting the existing admin function
- Providing cover during holidays where required
Company Secretarial & Registrations
- Preparing and filing confirmation statements
- Handling Companies House updates and changes
- Managing HMRC registrations (VAT, PAYE, UTR, etc.)
- Tracking progress and following up where required
Client Query & Communication Oversight
- Reviewing the client queries tracker
- Ensuring queries are assigned and responded to
- Following up internally where responses are delayed
Client Onboarding Support
- Assisting with onboarding processes
- Ensuring information is collected promptly
- Supporting a smooth and professional onboarding experience
Systems & Data Integrity
- Maintaining accurate client records
- Ensuring all codes, deadlines, and details are correctly recorded
- Monitoring data consistency across systems
General Support
- Drafting professional letters and communications
- Supporting ad hoc operational requirements
Requirements (Non-Negotiable)
- Excellent spoken and written English (this role involves calling UK clients)
- Strong organisation and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively
- Confidence in communication with both clients and internal teams
- Ability to work independently with accountability
Working Structure & Benefits
- Working hours: UK time (8:00am – 5:00pm)
- No weekend work
- 25 days annual leave, increasing to 28 days over time
- Performance reviews every 6 months, with salary increases based on performance
