Job Description
We are looking for a dynamic Product cum Project Manager to lead the development, implementation, and operations of a large-scale helpline platform. If you have a strong blend of product thinking + project execution, this role is for you. Key Responsibilities Lead end-to-end project planning & execution (scope, timelines, milestones) Drive product decisions for call center platforms (CRM, telephony, support tools) Manage vendors, resources, and budgets for seamless delivery.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (IT, Ops, HR, etc.) Monitor progress, manage risks, and ensure on-time delivery. Ensure quality, performance, and reliability of the platform. Lead change management & user adoption initiatives.
Provide regular status updates and reporting to leadership. What We’re Looking For 7+ years of experience in project/product management. Hands-on experience in call center setup / CRM / telephony systems.
Strong skills in stakeholder management & vendor coordination. Ability to manage end-to-end project lifecycle. Master's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or in a related field.
